You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you are eligible for a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan as determined by your GP. With this plan you are eligible for up to 5 rebates per calendar year that can be used towards physiotherapy. Please consult the Services Australia Medicare website for more up to date information.
