Thomas graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in 2018. Since then, he has completed Neurological rotations in major Melbourne hospitals, including within the Emergency, ICU, Acute Neurosciences, Stroke and Movement Disorders rehab teams.
Thomas has a wide range of neurological experience and has worked collaboratively with other health professionals including Neurological Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Neuropsychologists, and Medical Consultants in order to deliver holistic patient care. Thomas has a special interest in the management of patients with Stroke, Vestibular and Movement Disorders.
He takes an individualised approach and is extremely passionate in assisting with optimising quality of life and achieving functional milestones through teamwork alongside patients and their families. He continually refines his knowledge and clinical reasoning through applying evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Outside of his clinical role, Thomas enjoys an active lifestyle; participating in basketball and Pilates. He enjoys getting a good seat at the AFL and is an avid explorer of Melbourne’s vibrant music scene.
