Terri graduated from University of South Australia, with a Bachelor of Occupational
Therapy. She has also completed a post graduate professional certificate in clinical education from the University of South Australia. Since graduating she has worked in aged care, metropolitan acute hospital, and state-wide specialised brain injury services, including Flinders Medical Centre and South Australian Brain Injury
Rehabilitation Service.
For the last three years she has been specialising her skills in stroke and traumatic brain injury, whilst working for the South Australian Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service. This included working with clients in a clinical setting, community, and home. In the last two years, she has been working in a clinical research trial, which focused on concussion and mild traumatic brain injury, which led to multiple publications. This included working with clients with multi-trauma injuries.
Terri has experience working in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams to work with clients and their families to achieve their goals. Terri is passionate about supporting clients to participate in meaningful occupations to reach their goals, increase independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. She is passionate about implementing evidence based clinical neurological interventions to clients and their families in the community setting.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys yoga, swimming, running, ariel silks and spending time with friends and family.
