Sinead Scanlon
Senior Neurological Physiotherapist and Clinical Lead
After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Sinead has spent the last decade working throughout multiple healthcare settings within metropolitain Melbourne as well as spending 2 years working abroad in the United Kingdom. These various roles have included Acute and Subacute Neurology, Emergency, Intensive Care and Rehabilitation wards before joining the Klint family. She has experience in a wide variety of neurological conditions, with a special interest in stroke rehabilitation. Sinead also has experience using hydrotherapy for a wide range of patients and finds it a valuable adjunct to traditional land-based rehabilitation.
She strives to empower her patients to continue to improve their own independence. Sinead is very passionate about working collaboratively with her clients, families and multidisciplinary team to achieve their goals and optimise their quality of life.
In Sinead’s spare time, she enjoys running, coffee and supporting the Richmond Tigers.
