Daina graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Advanced – Research (Honours). The results of her Honours research, investigating early mobilisation following stroke, were presented at the Stroke Society of Australasia conference in 2019. Through neurological physiotherapy Daina is passionate about partnering with people to improve their function and freedom of movement. Daina brings a personalised approach to movement therapy from her years of experience working with people with a variety of goals and conditions via neurological physiotherapy, pilates and personal training.
Daina is committed to improving her knowledge and developing her clinical skills though ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest best and evidence-based practice.
Outside of physio, Daina enjoys playing with her kids, catching up for a chat with friends, reading – being actively involved in a book club – and any opportunity to move!
