Chrisy holds a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. Since graduating, Chrisy has worked in community neurological rehabilitation in the nation’s capital. She gained experience working with individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions as well as amputee rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation.

Chrisy has completed additional professional development in areas such as vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis management. She is always seeking further professional development opportunities to further develop her skills.

Chrisy is passionate about all aspects of neurological physiotherapy and loves the variety that working in this space brings. Having previously worked as an Allied Health Assistant in paediatric physiotherapy, she understands the importance of supporting young adults and adolescents to transition out of paediatric care. She is passionate about assisting her clients and their families to make this transition to adult care as smooth as possible.

Chrisy is passionate about assisting her clients achieve their goals and return to their chosen activities. She is passionate about adaptive sport and recreation, having previously volunteered with Disabled Wintersport Australia for many years. She is currently undertaking training to become a National Classifier for Para Skiing and Snowboarding with Snow Australia.

Outside of work, Chrisy enjoys all things outdoors, whether that be snowboarding, hiking, or mountain biking.
