Our clinical governance structure is led by our Clinical Leads and Mentors who oversee service delivery and ensure quality is maintained no matter who you see. Our clinical governance is strongly supported by multiple senior therapists with more than 10 years’ of experience each, and a widely experienced team each bringing unique skills and knowledge.
Our clinical services are in line with updated and evidence-informed practice, and we provide the following levels of supervision and growth:
As an experienced provider in neurological conditions and disabilities for children and adults, we have broad connections across private and public health services and tertiary level institutions giving us access to the brightest and most qualified professionals in the industry. Our network of multidisciplinary colleagues is growing by the month and where possible, we refer our clients to professionals we trust and have developed a relationship with. So you can be assured to know that if you start with us, you will be able to access the best minds and a holistic and integrated care model.
At Klint, we design all our processes to allow a seamless and frictionless interaction with our service so you can focus on getting better and achieving your goals. Our practice embraces technology and digital best practices to allow for improved disability accessibility and simplicity, and allowing you to remain updated with important changes along the way, such as how we deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and important updates to our systems.
If you are an NDIS participant, we have individualised reminders and systems that help with keeping the administrative process easy to follow, and anticipate your needs such as when your plan may be up for a review. We are constantly updating our systems to respond to changes in the industry but also to seek your feedback so we can improve further.
Our therapists are leading experts in neurological physiotherapy for paediatric and adult neurological conditions. We extensively teach therapists and undergraduate and postgraduate students, deliver lectures, run courses and workshops and provide consultancy and medicolegal services in the field of neurology. Our team maintains a remarkably high number of continual professional development hours per annum, well above the level required by our Registration Board. We also actively engage with our professional associations and links with major tertiary public health networks and tertiary educational institutions.
Klint is a registered and approved provider with NDIS, TAC, Workcover, major private health insurance bodies and various other third parties that manage Home Care Packages and Individualised Funding. All our professional therapy services are clinically justified and abide by the AHPRA Code of Conduct. Our organisation also meets all the stringent standards from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
